Envision
We listen carefully to your design ideas, your goals, and your objectives. We will discuss with you what problems you may be having with your existing space, and your goals for improvement. We will take into consideration your lifestyle and taste in design, as well as how the new design will work with your existing décor. Based on our discussions and analysis of the project we will establish a budget. We will discuss with you the steps involved in the renovation and design process and how you are involved. Rest assured that you are always in control of your renovation.

Together we will work towards accomplishing your vision on time and on budget. We will transform your vision into a reality, communicating with you on the work in progress, and the next steps along the way.

Design
When you renovate with us, you are a partner in the design process. You will bring your design ideas to the table and our talented architects/designers will guide the process with their years of project experience. At this stage we will get ideas flowing and uncover all of your options. We may present some options that improve upon your ideas based on past projects – new ideas often present themselves based on your unique project.

After our brainstorming session our designer will draft a set of preliminary drawings and cost estimates. We conduct a follow up meeting to review the designs and ensure that we have captured your vision and meet your requirements. Finally we refine the project details until the design meets your dreams and matches your budget.

Build
Construction begins! Behind the scenes we plan and coordinate the build process from start to finish. What you see is a well-organized and skilled construction team arrive on site, ready to build.

We will involve you in the build process to ensure that you are happy with the design at each stage. Any suggestions or ideas you may have along the way are encouraged and can be approved as necessary. We are here to go the extra mile and exceed your expectations.
